What is ClickIowa?
We started out as the Iowa Business Directory and branched out with a classified and career section a year later. The purpose of the site is to promote Iowa Business. All three sections are state of the art and offer unique features to help grow your business.
How can I get my business showcased on the front page as the business of the week?
If you have an Iowa business and would like it showcased, please send an email to our editor and we will attempt to list it in this section.

How much does it cost to enter my products or items in the Classifieds section?

I get the message "the username you've entered is not in our database", but I know I have registered?
The Classifieds and Career section are totally independent at this time. If you created an account under one, you must create an account under the other as well. If you still have trouble please contact us using the support contact on our contacts page.

How much does it cost to enter my products or items in the Classifieds sections
Its Free and now you can add your business logo at no additional cost. We have two premium marketing packages that allow you to add a side and/or top banner for a small fee. Click here to see more about the special packages. These premium packages also allow you to upload images to showcase your product or business.
What is the difference between a Top Banner, Side banner and Logo?
The Top Banner has the most exposure of all banners and logos. It is randomly rotated out with other members paying for premium services. The side banner is located in the category view and is the first thing a visitor sees when opening the category you and your competitors are listed in. The logo is at the top of your detail page.
Web Hosting Questions
What is included in a $120 per year webpage?
Basically everything you need to get your own webpage on the internet. We pay your $30 per year domain registration fee (your_company.com), take care of design cost based on these designs, and provide hosting. Just send us your text and pictures and we will have you online in no time !
What if I want more than one of these basic sites now or decide later I want to ugrade?
You have a couple options. First consider an Iowa plan which will give you a five page site (see pricing and options) or consider a business class webserver with your own mail server from Iowa Web Hosting. If you start with a ClickIowa hosting plan and later move up to one of these Iowa Web Hosting plans we will transfer your site to Iowa Web Hosting and prorate your account so you do not lose anything.
What will my internet address be?
Since we register and buy your domain name it is whatever you choose. People will find you by entering www.your_company.com in their web browser. This address is yours for life as long as you continue to pay the $30.00 per year to maintain it (included with ClickIowa hosting).
