This story is in process.  I have four chapters of what I anticipate to be a total of seven written. Because it’s not the vision I feel God originally showed me, I am struggling with telling the story without my partner Katie.

That said, I am still thankful that God blessed me with her. It was a relationship unlike any I had experienced before, and I miss it terribly. Having a spouse with whom you seek God together is amazing. I pray that each of you can experience this blessing. There is nothing better than seeking God together as a couple.

I am still working through what God wants me to share on this website. I want God to use this experience in a way that glorifies Him. Since things are not as I anticipated, I am continually seeking God for direction.

I pre-ordered a book for Katie a couple of years ago called “Good Boundaries and Goodbyes: Loving Others Without Losing the Best of Who You Are” by author Lysa Terkeurst. I don’t know if she ever read it, but I bought it for her thinking it would help her work through some of the deceptions from her previous relationship. I am now reading the book, never guessing I would be the one recovering from the same things she suffered. I am still trying to figure out why. Because, I still believe she was an intended gift from God and we are supposed to be forever.

Katie, if you are reading this. Thank you for what I was lacking, thank you for dot dot dot and thank you for sharing the best sunsets ever. 50220 and back.
